The Team
The Risk team works in partnership across Covéa to support informed decision‑making and positive outcomes. We bring diverse perspectives, curiosity, and practical insight to help embed risk as a performance enabler. What you can expect in this role
You’ll play a key role in shaping pricing, reserving and capital decisions by bringing thoughtful challenge, collaboration and a forward-looking view of risk
You’ll work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance functions, as well as senior business leaders, helping to provide expert oversight, review and assurance
You’ll contribute to the development of insurance risk capability and knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement
You’ll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role
You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed
What you might bring
Experience working closely with actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting, contributing to oversight, review and challenge of key business decisions
Skills in general insurance pricing, reserving and underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them into clear risk insight, and a willingness to learn and ask questions
A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams
