Leads integration of Government Agency applications and services with USPS Android devices and UEM platforms. Responsibilities include Android Enterprise enrollment, SOTI and Intune administration, application packaging and deployment, identity and security integration, secure networking, APIs, telemetry, testing, scalability, failover, documentation, and production readiness. The role coordinates across government, USPS, engineering, security, network, identity, application, and vendor teams while supporting large-scale rugged-device deployments.

Designs and integrates SSO, federation, authentication, authorization, MFA, RBAC, PKI, lifecycle management, device identity, and Zero Trust controls across cloud, hybrid, mobile, and application environments. Supports Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Android devices, federal PKI, and enterprise directories; develops architectures and documentation; troubleshoots complex access issues; and collaborates with engineering, security, architecture, and program teams.

Develop and maintain the U.S. Census Bureau’s LLM Autocoder using Python, LLMs, prompt engineering, text classification, structured outputs, and testing. Build survey-specific pilots, troubleshoot production issues, evaluate model changes, and collaborate with data scientists and MLOps engineers on AWS deployment, rollback, and verification. Maintain documentation and support government handoff while meeting Census security and operational requirements.

Lead evaluation and improvement of the U.S. Census Bureau’s LLM Autocoder for survey write-in responses. Establish performance baselines, design reproducible experiments, analyze coding accuracy and errors, compare LLM and rule-based methods, assess expansion to additional survey fields, and guide engineers on model and preprocessing changes. Collaborate with government subject matter experts, interpret pilot and production results, and document recommendations and reusable technical practices.

Maintain and improve AWS-based LLM software and data pipelines, CI/CD workflows, automated testing, releases, monitoring, and rollback procedures. Track code, models, prompts, configurations, data, and evaluation artifacts for reproducibility. Diagnose production incidents, document root causes, apply security and sensitive-data controls, and coordinate operational changes with AI/ML engineers, evaluators, and Census staff.

Lead technical delivery for the U.S. Census Bureau’s LLM Autocoder. Translate priorities into plans, guide architecture across AI/ML, data science, MLOps, and evaluation, resolve production issues, oversee testing and security controls, coordinate model pilots, communicate risks, mentor staff, and support production survey-processing operations.

Supports stakeholders in identifying AI adoption opportunities, designing and refining prompts, building AI-enabled workflows, validating outputs, and implementing practical generative AI solutions. The role includes requirements gathering, workflow automation, RAG and agentic AI exploration, prototyping, documentation, demonstrations, user training, and collaboration with technical teams on deployment and integration.

Lead modernization efforts migrating legacy on-prem systems to AWS cloud-native architectures. Own complex Python refactors, design serverless and containerized solutions, build systems inventories and phased migration plans, coordinate cross-workstream integrations, implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, and mentor mid-level developers while ensuring performance, security, and operational resilience.

Lead design and implementation of cloud-native AWS data architectures to migrate legacy SAS/file-based systems. Drive data modeling, ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, automated validation, lineage, and dashboards. Provide technical leadership, ensure data integrity, CI/CD integration, and support governance and ATO evidence across system-of-systems modernization.
