Serve as ATC's primary community and stakeholder liaison for major transmission projects. Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies, lead public outreach and meetings, build trusted relationships with local governments, landowners, and community leaders, communicate technical information clearly, anticipate and address community concerns, and partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning and decision-making.

Act as a strategic technology advisor partnering with business leaders to translate goals into technology solutions. Lead discovery, portfolio planning, prioritization, business case development, vendor collaboration, and change adoption to drive measurable value and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
