Lead productivity and process-improvement initiatives across transport, warehouse, linehaul and delivery networks. Use Lean/Six Sigma, time-and-motion studies, data analysis and tools (Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python) to design labour models, optimise routes and capacity, implement automation, and partner with operations to deliver sustained efficiency gains.

As a Compliance and Safety Specialist, you will ensure safety, compliance needs for the transport network, facilitate proactive service actions, and manage relationships with operators.

Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market accounts as primary customer contact. Drive retention, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, deliver business reviews, collaborate with operations and commercial teams, manage forecasting and CRM reporting, and reduce churn through proactive engagement.

Provide administrative support for pallet control, freight processing, invoicing, reconciliations, manifests, driver paperwork, data entry, reporting, and customer enquiries while assisting the operations team to ensure accurate, timely freight movements and documentation.

Lead day-to-day depot operations in Orange NSW, supervising drivers, forklift operators and warehouse staff to ensure safe, timely freight movement. Coordinate dispatch, inbound/outbound freight, rostering, fleet usage, operational reporting, compliance with WHS and Chain of Responsibility, and drive continuous improvement and customer service.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for Intermodal & Specialised operations, including invoicing, audits, manifesting, fuel/freight calculations, subcontractor invoice reconciliation, account query resolution, POD management, and cross-team support across Accounts Payable, Payroll, Manifesting and Customer Service.

Lead and manage day-to-day administrative functions supporting freight and depot operations. Supervise an admin team, coordinate transport documentation, handle customer enquiries, maintain records and reporting, support process improvements, and promote safety and service excellence.
