Manage and grow Epidemic Sound's B2B fitness client portfolio by retaining and scaling contracts, driving product adoption and upsells, handling renewals, mitigating churn, creating success plans, and collaborating cross-functionally while leveraging AI tools and customer success platforms to automate workflows and improve account outcomes.
