Manage a portfolio of major Dutch customers, driving retention, renewals, adoption, upselling, and account growth. Build an outbound pipeline through phone, email, and LinkedIn; maintain accurate CRM data; meet activity, pipeline, and revenue targets; and share Romanian market feedback with local and central teams. The role requires strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and Romanian and English fluency.

Handle inbound leads quickly and professionally, qualify prospects, own full sales cycle for smaller businesses, route high-potential leads, perform outbound prospecting, maintain CRM accuracy, and share insights with Sales and Marketing.

The role also involves creating technical training and documentation, sharing product feedback, and prioritizing urgent customer issues.

Own the full sales cycle for the French market, from outbound prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. Build a high-quality pipeline using email, phone, and social selling; conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, demonstrate Mollie’s solution, and meet revenue targets. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to refine market strategy and support customer success.
