Provides independent second-line credit risk oversight for complex wholesale banking and major agribusiness transactions. Assesses credit, structural, legal, tax, and commercial risks; approves transactions within delegated authority; monitors portfolio trends and emerging risks; supports risk reporting and framework development; advises senior stakeholders; and coaches risk officers. Design, develop, and maintain Rabobank’s cloud-based automated performance testing platform. Own the architectural vision and roadmap for Rabobank’s Data Marketplace and Data Catalog. Design secure, scalable end-to-end solutions, evaluate emerging technologies through research and proofs of concept, and guide multidisciplinary delivery teams. Translate business requirements into target architectures, manage risks and trade-offs, and support security, privacy, compliance, and technology-risk requirements. Coach engineers and collaborate with product, governance, business, and architecture stakeholders.

Lead Rabobank’s bank-wide data management execution roadmap for 2026–2028, translating strategy into measurable business outcomes and AI-ready, reusable data products. Coordinate business, technology, risk, regulatory, and transformation stakeholders; manage dependencies, risks, governance, and executive decision-making. Drive data governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, adoption, and value realization across strategic programs and transformations.

Designs scalable, secure architecture for machine learning and analytics platforms across three teams. Translates business, policy, product, and engineering requirements into technical solutions; assesses existing technology landscapes; guides platform evolution; and promotes MLOps, security, software engineering, and architectural governance best practices. The role requires strong Azure, Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, Spark, and Airflow expertise, along with stakeholder communication, collaboration, and coaching skills.
