Lead development of standardized workforce planning BI products: dashboards, scenario models, monitoring frameworks, and executive reports to surface workforce trends, forecast accuracy, cost levers, and actionable insights that support HR and Finance decision-making across markets.

The role involves planning and implementing the company's risk governance and operational risk management framework, ensuring compliance and enhancing risk oversight through consolidated reporting to senior management.

Lead compensation and incentive analytics for agency campaigns: perform pre/post campaign analysis, forecasting, dashboarding and reporting; supervise appeals and revalidation processes; support compensation projects (UAT, JIRA, test scripting), track trends, provide actionable insights to management, and drive process improvements and compliance.

Lead agency productivity and digital product strategy for the Agency Force. Define product roadmaps, drive adoption of digital workflows, coordinate training, partner with agency leaders and stakeholders, and monitor program delivery to improve agent productivity and customer engagement.

Design, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB). Configure MID Servers, build integrations, develop platform customizations, create dashboards, provide L2/L3 support, follow SDLC practices, and produce technical documentation and runbooks while collaborating with architects and operations teams.
