Lead implementation of risk and compliance programs for the Financial Advisers area: interpret regulations, assess and mitigate risks, document controls, support internal audits, monitor breaches, update policies, and report to governance forums. Lead financial and headcount governance for Information Security & Privacy: manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, procurement approvals, recharge allocations, investment submissions, workforce planning, headcount governance, audit coordination, and financial reporting while partnering with Finance, HR, Tech Finance, and senior leadership.

Lead development, configuration and maintenance of Consolidation & Planning solutions (OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM). Manage data integrations, infrastructure changes (Terraform/Azure), software installs/upgrades, and audit/SOX controls. Liaise with Finance and Technology stakeholders, drive projects and pipeline of enhancements, support incident and operational teams, and provide subject-matter expertise for reporting and downstream consumers (PowerBI, Workiva).

Lead business analysis and delivery for claims digital enablement: gather and document requirements, drive UAT and operational readiness, support releases and hypercare, engage stakeholders, and improve claims processes and governance to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Analyze and process cashless insurance claims, verify coverage and documentation, coordinate with hospitals/TPAs, authorize payments, maintain claim records, ensure policy compliance, and handle claimant inquiries and escalations.
