Perform bonus calculation process, support participating funds related projects and conduct process enhancement.Job Descriptions:
- Perform bonus declaration and illustration process and Universal life crediting interest rate review for policyholders, provide relevant analysis and reports to the management team; conduct User Acceptance Test for relevant process.
- Provide analysis to support project initiatives like bonus rule enhancement, management action review and other analysis required to support business needs and Policyholder reasonable expectation (PRE) management.
- Perform asset share calculation, fund transfer and other operations relevant to participating funds.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate asset share and bonus models; perform coding changes as necessary and update process and methodology documentation.
- Provide analysis and support to the other actuarial functions and departments in bonus related matters, including handling queries from stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- University degree holder majoring in Actuarial studies, Statistics or related fields
- Associate level in actuarial exam progress
- Minimum 3 years of actuarial working experience
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Actuarial Associate
