Partners with sales leadership to execute go-to-market strategy and improve revenue operations across the Americas. Owns forecasting, pipeline health, territory alignment, CRM governance, quarterly planning, dashboards, lead routing, and GTM workflows. Collaborates with Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve reporting, data hygiene, processes, documentation, and system rollouts. Own Nebius’s U.S. startup ecosystem by building venture capital, accelerator, and investor partnerships; sourcing and onboarding AI startups; driving adoption of Nebius AI Cloud and Token Factory Inference; creating joint initiatives and go-to-market materials; tracking pipeline, activation, and revenue KPIs; and collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and solutions architecture teams.

Own HR operations for France, managing employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS data governance, local compliance, documentation, and process improvements. Partner with HRBPs, payroll, compensation, immigration, legal, EHS, and People Systems teams. Support data center personnel, implement automation and AI opportunities, mentor colleagues, and contribute to global HR operations standards and initiatives.

Own end-to-end accounts payable activities across assigned entities, including complex invoice handling, exception resolution, vendor management, reconciliations, month-end close support, and AP aging reviews. The role requires independent judgment, ownership of deadlines and controls, multi-currency and multi-entity experience, and knowledge sharing with junior colleagues. NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, while Zip, BlackLine, and technology-company experience are bonuses.

Manage multiple procurement projects for corporate and indirect categories: lead RFPs, analyze proposals, negotiate contracts, select and manage suppliers, drive cost efficiency, ensure compliance, collaborate with finance, legal, security and stakeholders, and meet department KPIs.

Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel for C‑level executives, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and itineraries. Handle changes and disruptions, coordinate with assistants, security, operations and vendors, support conferences and events, ensure policy compliance, maintain travel records and budgets, and provide pre-, during-, and post-travel support with discretion and high attention to detail.

Lead design and execution of employer brand campaigns and events to attract talent, support hiring, and reinforce EVP. Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Communications, manage vendors, track campaign ROI, and ensure consistent storytelling and brand standards globally.
