Lead execution of cross-functional operational processes: translate strategy and agreements into structured plans, design scalable processes, implement governance, controls, and monitoring, manage stakeholders across legal/finance/tech, perform risk assessments, and build operational infrastructure to support compliance and growth.

Own end-to-end product for a slice of Nebius AI compute platform: define strategy, APIs, and roadmaps; drive cross-team delivery; conduct structured discovery; measure adoption and platform outcomes; engage engineering as a technical peer; and close operational feedback loops to improve reliability and customer experience.

The role involves designing and building internal web applications for Nebius, focusing on automating data center operations and developing user interfaces for infrastructure management.

Build and scale core observability services for high-volume telemetry ingestion, distributed storage, query engines, alerting pipelines, and AI-assisted troubleshooting. Work on reliability, performance, and production incident resolution across a cloud AI platform.

Operate and evolve finance applications (primarily Oracle NetSuite): configure modules, support end-users, troubleshoot issues and integrations, develop/customize scripts, workflows and reports, ensure data quality, perform testing and audits, maintain documentation, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to improve finance processes.
