Support consultants by owning project support from request intake to delivery. Design and improve service operations, create manuals/checklists, aggregate and visualize information, and use Excel/macros and AI tools to improve efficiency. Collaborate with internal consultant and solution teams; occasional limited direct client contact possible.

Lead and mentor a marine broking team, manage client relationships, develop and execute renewal/placement strategies, evaluate carrier quotes, coordinate client deliverables, and contribute market insights and product solutions.

Create high-quality AI-generated videos, avatars, audio, and visual narratives; build lightweight front-ends and demos to showcase AI prototypes; translate technical outputs into reusable client-ready marketing and case materials; collaborate with AI engineers, analysts, and consultants to iterate quickly and polish presentations for internal and client use.

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines for AI projects. Implement CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, disaster-recovery, and self-serve platforms. Collaborate with AI engineers to enable reliable deployments, monitoring, and scalable environments while promoting reusable platform patterns and operational resilience.

Work as a consulting intern on client teams performing research, data management, quantitative, strategic, and financial analyses. Participate in training, receive mentorship, network with leadership, and potentially work across Generalist, Banking, AI/Data, Technology Transformation, or Private Equity streams.

Lead WAVE's technical direction: translate consulting needs into scalable AI solution designs, prioritise engineering work, drive reuse and productization, support go-to-market, and represent technical options to clients and partners.
