Provides frontline customer support for vehicle maintenance and repair requests. Processes telephone and email inquiries, directs vehicles to approved repair suppliers, manages complaints, maintains accurate records, and builds relationships with clients, drivers, and suppliers. The role requires strong communication, administration, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills while handling fluctuating workloads and meeting service targets.

Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, CXO engagement, presentations, negotiations, pipeline management, sales target achievement, client relationship building, marketing communications, and event coordination. The role requires strong corporate sales experience, networking, persuasion, account management, communication, digital tool proficiency, and market knowledge.
