Lead delivery of quarterly and annual Lloyd's financial and regulatory reporting for managed syndicates. Develop and coach the reporting team, strengthen controls, and improve efficiency through process enhancements and automation (including Power Query/Power BI). Ensure accurate, timely Solvency UK and Syndicate Reports & Accounts in line with Lloyd's requirements.

Prepare and deliver syndicate financial and regulatory reporting (Syndicate Report & Accounts, SUK QRTs, Lloyd's returns, QMAs, RRAs, US Situs). Produce GAAP and ultimate-basis management information, support external audits, stakeholder reporting and capital provider packs. Develop technical accounting papers, reporting controls and process improvements, working with FP&A and Data Solutions to automate reporting and improve data extraction.

Lead and support quarterly reserving across multiple Lloyd's syndicates, performing data validation, reserve analysis, regulatory reporting (AFRs), and stakeholder communication. Investigate reserve movements and trends, support Technical Provisions calculations, engage with auditors and external parties, apply market benchmarks, and drive process improvements, automation, and data quality initiatives while collaborating with Claims, Finance, Capital, and Underwriting.
