Manage compliance oversight for Apollo’s platform partner syndicates within Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA, and Apollo frameworks. Provide regulatory advice, support syndicate onboarding, conduct monitoring and testing, prepare governance reporting, oversee conduct risk, financial crime, complaints, delegated authority, data protection, conflicts, and regulatory reporting. Investigate issues, track remediation, deliver stakeholder training, and help strengthen the partner compliance framework.

Oversee claims performance and governance across Apollo’s Platform Partner Syndicates. Manage delegated claims authorities, provide technical guidance on complex and high-value claims, monitor trends, produce senior-level reporting, ensure compliance with Lloyd’s and Apollo standards, and support claims process development. Build strong relationships with platform partners, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders while contributing to large-loss, reserving, and claims strategy discussions.

Lead enterprise risk management across Apollo and its managed syndicates. Responsibilities include maintaining risk frameworks, assessments, registers, controls, governance, reporting, stress testing, scenario analysis, and capital model validation. The role partners with underwriting, finance, operations, and executives to identify emerging risks, conduct thematic reviews, ensure regulatory alignment, and develop mitigation strategies. It also requires presenting insights to senior stakeholders and strengthening organizational risk culture.
