Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Module using a clone-and-clean approach. Lead testing (NRT, Regression, SIT, UAT), manage cutover and production deployment, maintain project documentation, and deliver knowledge transfer and end-user training.

Develop and maintain enterprise Java (JEE) applications, implement web front-ends (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Angular/TypeScript), design relational DB models and UML diagrams, build and integrate XML/SOAP/REST services, use Java frameworks (Spring, JSF, EJB, JavaBeans, PrimeFaces), deploy on app servers and containers (Tomcat/Wildfly/Glassfish, Docker, Kubernetes), and follow agile practices.

Design and deliver dashboards and reports, implement data visualization strategies, enforce data governance and data quality (profiling, alerts), connect data sources (Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics, cloud platforms), support business teams in Purview and Data Quality, and provide onboarding and training.
