Plan, build, execute and optimise ANZ-focused digital B2B campaigns using marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce). Produce EDMs, landing pages, nurture journeys, LinkedIn ads, event comms, reporting and data-driven optimisations while supporting stakeholders, agencies and regional HubSpot best practices.

Drive demand and pipeline growth via partner engagement and co-sell activities. Work with Partner Account Managers to identify opportunities, support pre-sales and demos, build business cases, maintain CRM pipeline, forecast metrics, and support partner enablement to achieve revenue targets.

Provide regional technical leadership for pre-sales and post-sales cybersecurity engagements. Support local engineers on solution design, workshops, demos, assessments, POCs, large implementations, reusable assets, and complex escalations across multiple countries.

Lead a global renewals team to protect recurring revenue by owning renewal strategy, forecasting, executing the 120-90-60-30 day methodology, monitoring risks, and collaborating with Customer Success, vendor sales, and partner managers to maximize retention and growth.

Provide regional technical leadership across pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities, lead workshops and PoCs, design and implement enterprise solutions, support large-scale transformations, develop reusable technical assets and methodologies, and act as escalation for complex technical challenges across multiple countries.

Support sales and partner teams by qualifying technical requirements, delivering product demos and POCs, leading technical discovery, designing cloud backup and data protection solutions, responding to RFPs, and feeding product/sales teams with field insights on cloud backup, disaster recovery, and SaaS data security.

Manage and grow recurring revenue by proactively owning the Available-to-Renew portfolio, executing a structured 120-day renewal process, forecasting renewals, minimizing churn, collaborating with partners, Customer Success and sales to identify expansion opportunities, and maintaining renewal data integrity.

Manage renewals, quotations, vendor back‑office and inventory tasks while supporting the assigned BDM to drive upsell, cross‑sell and vendor growth. Act as contact for quotations, shipments and incidents, support logistics, implement processes, maintain product knowledge, and keep accurate sales records in NetSuite.

Design, implement and troubleshoot network and security solutions (wired and wireless). Perform PoCs, create high-level and implementation designs, and deploy Versa SD-WAN and firewall solutions across WAN, VPN and overlay technologies.
