Lead Investor Services across Dublin, Belfast and Luxembourg, driving service excellence, client relationships and operational transformation. Champion AI, automation and scalable processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain governance, risk and regulatory compliance while delivering transformation initiatives and improving investor experience.

Lead and perform KYC/Global File Reviews to ensure AML/CFT and CDD compliance. Manage a small team, allocate and review work, communicate with clients, maintain documentation and data integrity, and support continuous improvement, training, and cross-office liaison while adhering to internal policies and information security.

Provide administrative and company secretarial support for funds and client entities: maintain records, assist with meetings and minutes, process payments and invoices, liaise with accounting, support client reviews and compliance, and escalate issues to managers.

Drive new business and revenue across the Americas for private client, trust and corporate services. Build and convert pipelines, lead sales cycles from first conversation to signed agreement, negotiate commercial terms, collaborate across jurisdictions, expand client relationships through cross-sell/upsell, and represent the firm at events to strengthen brand and win complex opportunities.

Design, deliver, and evaluate operational training and capability development. Analyse quality and performance data to identify root causes and learning needs, run coaching and improvement initiatives, maintain learning content and knowledge repositories, and support managers to embed sustainable process and quality improvements.

Manage administration and accounting for a portfolio of complex, high-risk funds. Oversee team performance, ensure regulatory compliance (including Jersey Company Law), control risk and billing, support client relationships, participate in management projects, and act as authorised signatory. Provide coaching, recruitment and performance management for administrators to maintain high service standards.

Administer a portfolio of trusts, companies and entities including corporate work, board meeting coordination, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, client relationship management, billing oversight, liaison with banks/auditors, escalation of risks, and coaching junior staff.

Provide investor services support for a portfolio of funds: onboard investors, maintain shareholder registers, process subscriptions/redemptions/transfers, run distributions and investor reporting, liaise with accounting and FATCA/CRS teams, ensure regulatory/compliance adherence, and escalate risks.

Provide investor services administration for a portfolio of funds: investor onboarding, data maintenance (eFront/Paxus), shareholder registers, capital calls/distributions, transaction processing, FATCA/CRS compliance, investor reporting, transaction monitoring, liaising with accounting and escalation of risks, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance.

Manage and grow investor services operations for a portfolio of funds, ensuring accurate investor reporting, AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS compliance, timely processing of subscriptions/redemptions/distributions, client relationship management, team leadership, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to company policies and information security.
