The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, prioritization, and attention to detail while minimizing losses and optimizing recovery outcomes.

Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Ireland and support international payroll (e.g., UK). Maintain payroll records, reconcile reports, resolve discrepancies, support audits, assist with system upgrades and process improvements, and respond to employee payroll queries.
