Grow and maintain commercial partnerships in a defined territory by identifying sales opportunities, developing proposals, managing transactions, training partners, engaging internal experts to structure deals, reporting on activities, and meeting commercial targets. Lead North American payroll for US and Canada, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. Manage schedules, reconciliations, tax filings, audits, and vendor/HR/Finance integrations. Build and coach a payroll team, drive process improvements and automation, monitor KPIs/SLAs, and provide strategic reporting and stakeholder support on payroll risks and trends.

Lead and execute first-line Financial Economic Crime (FEC) monitoring across the country network. Develop and improve FLM strategy, oversee quality of FEC processes, report findings and trends, identify remediation and process improvements, support teams to close gaps, and liaise with First-, Second- and Third-Line stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance against AML, CTF, Fraud and Sanctions risks.

Manage and support a global Microsoft Azure PaaS platform: ensure security and compliance, monitor and operate the platform, design and deploy modular cloud solutions, automate common requests, develop architecture patterns and best practices, consult and educate application teams, and provide cloud support and improvement recommendations.

Provide bilingual (French/English) first-line sales support for vendor, dealer, broker, and direct channels across the sales lifecycle from application to settlement. Handle quotes, credit applications, documentation, AML checks, billing inquiries, contract generation, and coordination with Credit, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Operations. Manage pipelines, reporting, customer communications, and process improvements to meet new business volume targets and service-level agreements.

Perform CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions/PEP/adverse media screening, and investigate alerts. Escalate risks, coordinate remediations, support fraud investigations, deliver QA reviews, implement policies/systems, and act as an AML/CTF subject matter expert to stakeholders.
