Build and operate Valence's shared platform primitives (auth, routing, LLM gateway, deployment, observability, SLOs) to enable safe, scalable, and compliant delivery of AI-first products. Implement CI/CD gates, progressive delivery, rollback automation, security guardrails, region-aware routing, and developer-facing templates and tooling.

Support the Managing Director, Europe across sales operations, client and partner relationship management, communications, strategic initiatives, and executive administration. Track pipeline and commercial metrics, prepare decks and briefings, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and manage calendar and travel for enterprise accounts.

Own the operational system for enterprise product launches: drive direct client activation, resolve IT/security blockers, build repeatable launch playbooks, track adoption metrics, synthesize client feedback into product influence, and coordinate cross-functional release and incident processes.

Lead end-to-end enterprise AI solutions for an LLM-powered coaching platform: design, implement, and evaluate prompts, memory/knowledge patterns, and coaching flows; architect reusable components; define evaluation/guardrails; collaborate with Product and AI Engineering; mentor colleagues and measure deployment outcomes.

Contract Facilitator delivers live webinars, group and occasional 1:1 coaching, and training for enterprise clients. After brief training, run 1–1.5 hour sessions, drive engagement and satisfaction, advise clients on product use, and support adoption and expansion through strong virtual facilitation and client relationships.
