Temporary full-time Finance Director to cover maternity leave. Provide strategic financial leadership and oversee day-to-day finance operations, including management accounts, statutory compliance, cash flow and tax planning, financial controls, payroll/accounts processes, and finance transformation projects. Act as primary contact for auditors, banks and advisors, present to senior leadership/board, and drive process improvements and system implementations.
