Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruiting for semiconductor and technical trades roles. Source and engage active and passive candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support hiring across US locations, and represent employer brand at events.

Develop and maintain semiconductor tool installation schedules using Primavera P6 and Hoylu; coordinate inputs across construction, facilities, vendors, and project teams; monitor schedule performance, identify risks and critical-path impacts, prepare KPI dashboards and reports, and facilitate schedule review and pull-planning to keep projects on track.

Manage end-to-end onboarding, maintain HRIS and employee records, run new hire orientation, process HR transactions, ensure I-9/E-Verify compliance, audit data quality, and support HR initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and trade roles in the semiconductor industry. Build talent pipelines, source active and passive candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, support multi-location hiring, analyze processes for continuous improvement, and represent the employer at hiring events and community partnerships.

Manage construction and capital projects from planning through completion, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, safety, procurement, and stakeholder communication. Develop schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-to-complete estimates. Coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, and operations; review drawings and documentation; track long-lead items and change requests; lead project meetings and promote safety compliance.

Analyze and audit labor activity and timecards, forecast labor needs using schedules, monitor workload trends, build dashboards and reports, and support staffing and workforce deployment decisions to align staffing with project schedules and productivity goals.

Provide tool-level cost accounting for semiconductor tool installations: track commitments, POs, receipts, accruals, reconcile costs, investigate discrepancies, support month-end and project closeout reporting, and present cost summaries to leadership.
