Supports global B2B marketing programs for ShureCloud and connected services through content creation, market research, campaign and launch coordination, customer journey mapping, performance tracking, and cross-functional program support. Performs circuit defect analysis, manual and automated testing, documentation, and an independent design or test automation project under senior staff direction.

Develop audio engines and plugins using C++ and JUCE, integrate them with Electron applications, and build web interfaces using TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js. Implement audio recording, playback, and editing features while supporting integration between front-end controls and native audio processing components. Collaborate on UI and workflow design, troubleshoot technical challenges, and gain practical experience toward a potential full-time role.

Supports quality data analytics and engineering through data collection, cleaning, validation, visualization, dashboard development, documentation, and data governance. Assists with Power Platform solutions, generative AI and Copilot Studio agents, root cause analysis, data quality monitoring, service requests, and stakeholder presentations while collaborating with Quality, IT, and business teams.

Lead cross-functional hardware and software product development projects from concept through completion. Responsibilities include planning, staffing, dependency management, risk mitigation, budget and schedule oversight, governance reporting, vendor and partner coordination, process compliance, and lessons learned. The role requires influencing teams without formal authority and improving new product development processes using approaches such as Critical Chain, Lean, and Agile.

Design, simulate, assemble, validate, and test RF circuitry and printed circuit board assemblies for wireless audio systems. Responsibilities include prototype assembly, circuit defect analysis, system and subsystem testing, technical documentation, and completing an independent design project under senior staff direction.

Develops and manages Unified Communications products by translating customer and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps, pricing, forecasts, positioning, and launch plans. Partners with engineering, marketing, sales, and global teams; conducts market research, alpha and beta testing, competitive analysis, documentation review, internal training, and trade exhibition support. Requires six years of technical product marketing or product management experience and 25% travel.

Develop and implement FPGA designs across architecture, HDL coding, synthesis, place and route, verification, and testbench debugging. Conduct system-level and FPGA-specific testing on audio products and wireless communication systems. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, document development tasks, and apply structured design methodologies.
