Lead sales and business development for TPN by working with members and blue-chip customers to identify opportunities, onboard new members, review rate cards, update CRM, support marketing, and report progress to commercial leadership. Manage territory activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Lead design and delivery of commercially competitive warehouse and transport solutions for tender responses. Analyse tender data, model resources and finances, prepare P&L and presentations, liaise with operations and stakeholders, manage subcontract quotes, and support contract implementation and team development.

Lead growth across priority accounts by developing account strategies, deepening customer partnerships, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, running business reviews, managing KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to convert complex opportunities into sustained commercial growth.

Requires logistics/pallet network sales experience, leadership, client relationship management, and analytical problem-solving. Hybrid role across the South West with regular travel.

Manage all warehouse site operations to maximise profit and meet revenue and SLA targets. Lead and develop the management team, plan resources and recruitment, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and client relationships, ensure H&S compliance, drive continuous improvement and reduce cost/loss.

Lead and deliver continuous improvement and LEAN projects across warehouse and transport operations. Identify opportunities, produce change plans, quantify savings with Finance, perform complex analysis, coach operational teams, liaise with stakeholders and share best practice across sites to improve quality, cost, service and safety.

Plan and coordinate drivers and vehicles to meet delivery and collection schedules, ensure compliance with driver hours/WTD, manage driver briefings, yard checks, equipment sign-in/out, agency labour, incident reporting, and communicate with customer services and other depots to support KPI achievement.

Lead and standardise business development processes across the group, build BD capability, run market intelligence and customer segmentation, set commercial strategy and pricing guidance, lead bid management for RFIs/RFQs/tenders, and drive transformational BD projects to improve sales effectiveness and growth.
