Plan and dispatch daily transport operations for 120+ routes, manage time-critical collections and deliveries, liaise with warehouse and customer service, resolve issues on shift, meet KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Manage all warehouse site operations to maximise profit and meet revenue and SLA targets. Lead and develop the management team, plan resources and recruitment, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and client relationships, ensure H&S compliance, drive continuous improvement and reduce cost/loss.

Lead solution design for warehouse and transport tender responses: analyse customer requirements and data, design operations and resource models, prepare financial P&L and tender documentation, coordinate stakeholders, source subcontract quotes, and support contract implementation and team development.

Lead commercial growth for the Chilled & Fresh Division through strategic planning, new business acquisition, key account development, end-to-end sales ownership, and bespoke solution design (logistics and IT). Manage a small high-performing team, create business cases for investments, collaborate across group functions, and represent the division externally.

Lead sales and business development for TPN by working with members and blue-chip customers to identify opportunities, onboard new members, review rate cards, update CRM, support marketing, and report progress to commercial leadership. Manage territory activities and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Provide high-level administrative support to Contract Logistics senior leadership: manage board pack collation, diary and meeting coordination, minute taking, action tracking, travel and expenses, DocuSign workflows, SharePoint/Teams document management, and wider divisional communications and event logistics.

Create and manage daily transport plans using a TMS for multiple UK warehouses and depots, meet time-critical customer targets, maintain KPIs, resolve operational issues, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with central and network teams to efficiently deploy tractor units and group resources.

Provide first-line support to partner accounts and internal stakeholders, resolve partner and customer queries, manage partner communications and KPI data, generate invoices for specific accounts, and coordinate event or tracker tasks to meet SLAs while maintaining high accuracy and customer focus.

Work with TPN members and blue-chip clients to identify and grow sales and revenue, support member onboarding, maintain CRM, review rate cards and cost models, help develop marketing materials, manage projects, and report to commercial leadership. Requires logistics/pallet network sales experience, leadership, client relationship management, and analytical problem-solving. Hybrid role across the South West with regular travel.

Lead design, modelling, and optimisation of integrated warehouse and transport solutions. Build capacity, throughput, routing, and cost models; evaluate automation; lead tender and mobilisation workstreams; present commercial proposals; support network redesign and continuous improvement using data-driven tools.
