Full-cycle software sales role targeting AEC customers: prospecting, pipeline management, CRM usage, product demonstrations of Autodesk solutions, negotiating contracts, attending trade shows, developing territory strategies, and cultivating long-term customer relationships to drive new and expanded business.

Sell Topcon construction products in an assigned territory (western Wisconsin). Build new accounts, prepare sales plans, bids and proposals, negotiate pricing/contracts, document customer visits, gather market intelligence, and represent the company at regional and national trade shows.

Manage and grow relationships with machine distributors across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Drive sales through distributor channels, create joint business plans and forecasts, support distributor development, negotiate contracts, gather market intelligence, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Travel across the DACH region extensively (~60%).

Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams to ensure safe, scalable, and value-driven AI deployment across the organization.

Entry-level Applications Engineer supporting users, responding to support tickets, delivering training and demos, and executing software and hardware tests. Documents test results, reports defects, assists internal IT/operations, and communicates customer feedback to product and AE leads. Learns department tools (Salesforce, TestRail, Jira, Confluence) and follows direction from senior AE staff.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, training, demos, and application expertise for Topcon/Sokkia machine control and geo-positioning products across Belgium and Luxembourg. Create content, collaborate with Sales, Professional Services and EMEA Support, and travel to jobsites to resolve issues and deliver trainings.

Validate hardware, firmware, and software releases through lab and outdoor field tests. Troubleshoot issues, document findings, and collaborate with engineering, product, support, and sales teams to ensure reliable construction and machine-control solutions.

Ensure products, systems, and processes meet regulatory and industry standards by designing and maintaining compliance controls, managing certification processes, conducting risk assessments and gap analyses, maintaining technical files and Declarations of Conformity, supporting audits, collaborating with engineering, security, suppliers and certification bodies, implementing automated compliance monitoring with DevOps/security teams, providing training, and investigating and remediating compliance incidents.
