Earthmoving & Machine Control Specialist📍 Concordia sulla Secchia, Modena, Italy | Hybrid | EMEA Travel

We are looking for a hands-on, technically minded specialist to support our customers, dealers, and sales teams across EMEA through training, product demonstrations, and technical application support.
What you'll do
- Deliver hands-on training and product demonstrations on machine control and earthmoving solutions.
- Support customers and dealers with technical and application-related challenges.
- Assist Sales and Product teams with pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Work with advanced GNSS, positioning, and construction technologies.
- Collaborate with international teams and visit customer sites across EMEA.
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in machine control, surveying, geomatics, earthmoving, civil construction, or a related technical field. More experienced candidates are also welcome.
- A technical degree or diploma, or equivalent practical experience.
- A solid technical foundation and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and an interest in training and customer interaction.
- Very good English and Italian.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA, potentially up to 70% of the time.
What we offer
- €50,000–€60,000 gross annual salary + company car.
- Hybrid working: typically 3 days on-site in Concordia and 2 days from home, subject to business needs.

Skills Required
- Background in geodesy, survey engineering, civil engineering, construction engineering, or a similar field
- More than 5 years of experience in survey applications, construction, roadworks, agriculture control applications, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction jobsite processes and survey or construction software
- Excellent online and in-person communication, training, and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and work on active construction jobsites
