Manage stock orders, open-to-buy budgets, replenishment, markdowns, promotions, supplier negotiations, and current trade performance. Develop seasonal product and assortment strategies aligned with company targets, while identifying growth opportunities, analyzing competitors, and responding to demand and supply changes.

Identify commercial mass-market fashion trends for the RT ladieswear junior brand, prepare trend presentations and monthly fashion reports, conduct local competitor research, support retail research needs, and collaborate with merchandising to develop on-trend assortments. The role also designs project and collaboration ranges.

Coordinate wholesale product catalogue information across internal systems and retail platforms. Maintain accurate product specifications, imagery, pricing, warranties, and compliance documentation. Liaise with brands, retail partners, Key Account Managers, planning, sales administration, and sourcing teams to resolve data gaps, complete quality checks, and ensure products meet requirements before importation and market launch.

Source and onboard suppliers, manage supplier relationships and performance, negotiate commercial terms, procure merchandise, coordinate product handover and shipping, monitor sourcing KPIs, oversee ethical trade compliance, and drive sustainable product and supplier improvements across kitchenware, homeware, and gifting categories.

Writes personalized customer cards, fulfills card requests, checks order and address details, and supports fast order fulfillment. The role requires excellent handwriting, written communication, organization, attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and a customer-focused, collaborative approach. It is office-based on weekdays, with occasional weekend and public holiday shifts during busy periods.
