The Senior Power Electronics EMC Engineer will design, test, and ensure EMC compliance of electronic systems in HVACR products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage testing and documentation.

The Technical Sales Engineer manages technical queries related to Oil Free Centrifugal compressors, provides application support, trains customers, and leads business development in Korea and Taiwan.

Perform hardware testing and product validation on prototypes per standards, evaluate alternative components, conduct failure analysis on field returns, recommend corrective actions, and support requirements, product development and validation in collaboration with product, software and operations teams.

Own the product lifecycle for power-electronics products: develop 5-year roadmaps, manage product P&L, define requirements from customer and market insights, support NPD and commercialization, enable sales, partner cross-functionally, and optimize portfolio profitability and adoption.

Design, develop, and deliver HVAC/R training curricula and learning materials (instructor-led, e-learning, blended). Manage training projects, assets, reporting, budgets, and outcomes. Partner with subject-matter experts, facilitate virtual and in-person sessions, and evaluate instructional effectiveness while exploring new learning technologies and promoting programs.

Design and validate mechanical components and compressor assemblies using CAD/CAE tools. Produce drawings, tolerance analyses, BOMs, and specifications. Lead projects, mentor peers, collaborate globally, and support labs, manufacturing, procurement, and supplier quality for sustaining and new product development.

Lead the power electronics engineering team to develop variable speed drive solutions, manage project execution, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Provide technical support and training for Copeland HVACR products; assist in product selection, testing, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical sales to develop business in Malaysia, Singapore, and regional customers.

Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, perform risk assessments and gap analyses, support audits and third-party risk management, manage DLP policies, track compliance metrics, provide security training, and embed controls across business and IT operations.
