Lead and support cost-reduction, sustaining, and new product development projects for commercial scroll products. Coordinate prototyping, testing, and validation, identify and mitigate risks, ensure engineering standards and regulatory compliance, and communicate progress to internal/external stakeholders while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Support demand planning and reporting by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data, creating dashboards and recurring/ad hoc reports, maintaining forecasting systems, and supporting S&OP and process improvement initiatives to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.

Manage global freight payment and audit processes, resolve invoice/payment issues with third parties, support allocation of freight expenses, develop metrics and dashboards (Power BI/Sigma), drive process improvements and automation, and present reporting to management while coordinating with global and local supply chain teams.
