Owns end-to-end delivery of global HVAC controls and power electronics programs, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, readiness, and business-case performance. Leads cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, marketing, sales, finance, vendors, and contractors. Drives Phase-Gate governance, technical and manufacturing readiness, executive reporting, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to achieve timely, profitable product launches.

Requires deep centrifugal compressor or turbomachinery expertise, including aerodynamic design, rotor dynamics, structural design, prototyping, validation, Lean NPD, and production industrialization.

Owns the full product lifecycle, developing long-term roadmaps, managing product P&L, and translating customer and market insights into product requirements. Builds business cases, supports pricing and sales enablement, maintains product data integrity, and partners with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to deliver profitable, customer-focused products. The role requires hybrid work in Sidney, Ohio, and 15–20% travel.

Develop and improve unconstrained demand forecasts supporting SIOP, using statistical analysis, rolling 12–24-month forecasts, segmentation, and scenario planning. Lead monthly demand reviews, align Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Operations, and communicate risks, opportunities, forecast changes, revenue impacts, and capacity considerations to leadership. Ensure forecast accuracy and bias targets while supporting service, inventory, and financial performance.

Provides technical support for users, hardware, software, networks, servers, printers, and operational technology systems. Maintains IT equipment, administers Active Directory accounts and permissions, manages inventory and vendors, ensures security and quality compliance, and supports system improvement projects. Designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains embedded Linux software for programmable industrial controllers. The role includes code reviews, software architecture, debugging, performance improvements, continuous integration, hardware integration, technical documentation, and collaboration with international engineering teams. Candidates need strong C and embedded Linux experience, knowledge of multithreading, IPC, kernel architecture, device drivers, Git, and secure software practices. Yocto, Buildroot, Rust, Zephyr, industrial protocols, and RTOS experience are preferred.

Tests and validates programmable electronic controllers across software and hardware domains. Responsibilities include defining test strategies, documenting requirements and use cases, managing laboratory validation setups, maintaining automated testing solutions, supporting CI processes, debugging issues, analyzing defects, preparing validation reports, and providing advanced technical support. The role collaborates with product, engineering, technical support, and international development teams to improve product quality and performance.

Provides administrative and transactional support to the Procurement team, including Oracle setup, ERP data management, system price updates, document indexing, advance shipping notice processing, and coordination with suppliers and Procurement staff to gather and communicate information.
