Automates provisioning and certification workflows, conducts risk and control reviews, resolves IAM incidents, prepares audit and compliance reporting, and collaborates with security, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and application teams. Provides technical guidance to junior staff and improves IAM and PAM processes.

Manages IT procurement for software application and staff augmentation engagements, including procurement request due diligence, RFPs, vendor evaluations, commercial benchmarking, reverse auctions, approvals, contracts, purchase orders, audits, reporting, turnaround times, and stakeholder coordination.

Analyze prospective countries’ payment landscapes, identify infrastructure gaps and opportunities, position NPCI International solutions, and support advisory client engagements. The role collaborates with senior managers on client management, project coordination, strategic insights, and high-quality deliverables while helping convert payment infrastructure opportunities.

Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, reusable data models, data APIs, and data lake infrastructure. Define product KPIs and measurement frameworks, enable funnel and monetization analytics, and support batch and real-time data processing. Ensure data quality, governance, monitoring, and documentation while collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams. Mentor junior staff and adopt emerging data engineering and AI/ML technologies.
