Generate sales for personal financing products according to targets assigned by management.

Responsible for executing audits, assessing risks, providing recommendations, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Manage audits and train team members as needed.

Supports business transformation by validating strategies and workflows, researching market and competitor trends, and developing transformation materials such as workflow journeys, product roadmaps, and success metrics. Prepares dashboards and reports, coordinates stakeholder workshops with design and architecture teams, and maintains documentation for governance, approvals, and compliance.

Manage and execute marketing communications for Cards and Personal Financing across channels. Oversee campaigns, product launches, events, and retail media strategy. Act as liaison between business units and stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives.

Market Group Wholesale Banking products, monitor loan portfolio performance and repayments, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct pre- and post-sanction visits, and work with product partners to cross-sell treasury, FX, derivatives and cash management solutions.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients and deepening relationships to enhance payroll solution penetration, driving business growth. Responsibilities include sales execution, client engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Support governance leads to drive AML/CFT risk and control initiatives in Private Banking Malaysia. Maintain and enhance AML/CFT framework, monitor controls, prepare reports/dashboards, support transaction monitoring and investigations (including STRs), perform control and stress testing, KRI monitoring, and assist audits and regulatory reviews. Coordinate governance reporting, licensing, training and stakeholder escalations while ensuring alignment with Group Risk and Compliance.

Execute audit assignments per plan and standards to evaluate controls, risks and governance. Develop audit programs, document findings in TeamMate, report weaknesses with recommendations, prepare audit reports, follow up on remediation, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance. May supervise and mentor team members for team leader roles.

Monitor real-time contact center performance and agent adherence; execute intraday staffing actions; analyze operational data and produce reports; coordinate with Forecasting, Scheduling, and Operations; escalate incidents and support contingency plans; participate in WFM tool testing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform FP&A activities including financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, and variance analysis. Provide insights to senior management, monitor competitors, collaborate with product/segment teams to structure analyses, manage business milestones, assist monthly billing/payments, and support project management for strategic deliverables.
