Lead FP&A analysis for business segments: monitor P&L, track revenue drivers, perform variance analysis vs budgets and plans, prepare CFO/board presentation decks, liaise between Business Finance and Group Finance, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

The role involves managing budgeting cycles, financial performance monitoring, providing insights on income and costs, and driving financial planning and forecasting.

The role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships for payroll solutions, achieving targets through proactive outreach, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Oversee the Group's capital: set annual capital targets, monitor and report capital positions, ensure compliance with regulatory minimums, and support capital-related initiatives alongside the Group CFO.
