Provide advanced project coordination and PMO support for transformation initiatives: maintain plans, RAID logs, status reports, and decision logs; prepare SteerCo and governance reviews; produce executive reporting; enforce governance and controls; support audits; coordinate stakeholders, meetings, communications, and adoption activities; enable AI-assisted tools for reporting, documentation, and planning.

Hunt and close new-logo enterprise deals with U.S. regional banks ($15B-$50B assets). Develop territory strategy, build C-level relationships, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, partner with pre-sales and services, displace incumbents, and consistently exceed revenue and new-logo targets.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos banking products (FCM), manage incidents within SLAs, perform RCA and debugging, verify fixes, support deployments/upgrades, communicate with clients, and create automation and knowledge artifacts to reduce MTTR.
