Senior pre-sales consultant driving growth across APAC by combining deep core-banking, SaaS and payments expertise with consultative selling. Lead solution presentations, RFP/RFI responses, bids, and stakeholder advisory to win and expand accounts while shaping go-to-market strategy with Sales, Product, and Delivery.

Operate, configure, and maintain enterprise network and security solutions (LAN/WAN, firewalls). Troubleshoot incidents, implement changes per ITIL/SLAs, support a network refresh, drive automation with Ansible/GitLab and IaC, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate to ensure stable, secure, scalable network services.

Lead and grow regional SaaS commercial business: own SaaS strategy and targets, support complex deal execution and pricing, enable sales pipeline and capability building, collaborate cross-functionally, and act as senior escalation for SaaS performance and governance.

Provide technical support and incident management for Temenos Transact (T24) clients. Diagnose and resolve issues across T24 core, Java customizations, and integration layers (TAFJ, OFS, REST), collaborate with development/infrastructure/DBA teams, perform RCA, implement fixes or workarounds, and maintain SLAs and client communication.

Senior regional leader driving commercial performance across ARR, cash collection, and margin. Sponsor strategic SaaS and maintenance deals, accelerate pipeline, guide deal strategy and risk, and align cross-functional teams to scale revenue and initiatives.

Provide 24/7 product support for Temenos banking products: analyze and resolve client tickets, document defects and root causes, guide implementations/upgrades, develop diagnostic tools, contribute knowledgebase, and perform onsite analysis during go-lives.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned banking clients, monitor and prioritize support tickets, ensure SLA delivery, liaise with account/project managers on milestones, mentor regional support managers, manage top-tier client relationships and drive high client satisfaction.

Own the P&L and product strategy for Temenos Learning & Community (TLC). Drive roadmap, AI-first learning and certification initiatives, grow revenue, build commercial packaging and pricing, and align product, sales, and delivery to increase adoption globally.

Identify, onboard and manage sales partners (introducers, resellers, distributors) across APAC to drive Temenos product sales. Build partner business plans, enablement programs, pipeline management, and coordinate internal teams through the sales cycle to closure. Deliver reporting, local partner strategy rollout, and ongoing partner training and support.

Lead technical delivery of Workday Phase 2 integrations: design, build, test, and deploy complex inbound/outbound integrations and custom Workday applications using Extend, Orchestrate, and Studio. Manage security, data compliance, stakeholder collaboration, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare.
