Develop, maintain, extend, configure, and support IBM Sterling Order Management applications. Lead technical delivery for Order Management projects, including integrations, deployments, patches, upgrades, and Java-based extensions. Work with Java EE, Oracle, middleware, microservices, REST APIs, and Kafka. Provide technical leadership, perform functional testing, and apply AI-driven development practices.

Design and implement full‑stack features for AI-focused innovation projects. Build scalable, reliable components, support rapid prototyping, use AI development tools to improve code quality, collaborate on architecture and deployment, and own features through deployment and basic monitoring.

Assess IT systems and data for compliance risks; develop and update policies and procedures; perform audits and investigations; monitor/regulate adherence to HIPAA, SOC2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST; maintain documentation; collaborate with stakeholders and report on compliance efforts.
