Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications with C# and React/TypeScript front-ends; implement messaging with Kafka and SQS; work with SQL Server/PostgreSQL and EF/ADO.NET; consume REST APIs; build strong UIs and implement data contracts for reliable microservice communication.

Lead design, development, and documentation of scalable web applications using the Microsoft stack. Collaborate with product, design, and architects; drive architecture and best practices; oversee SDLC, CI/CD, cloud PaaS solutions, database performance, and front-end integrations.

Manage employee lifecycle and HR operations including onboarding, documentation, HRIS data maintenance, MIS and reports, employee relations, grievance handling, engagement activities, and support payroll/finance and senior HR team members to ensure smooth HR functioning.
