Lead global CAD operations and standards, manage CAD/PLM software, licenses and budgets, oversee core design team and KPI development, align CAD workflows with product development, implement/optimize engineering tools, create process documentation, and provide training, mentoring, and HR management for direct reports.

Lead engineering execution for McLaren product launches into Linamar facilities, ensuring designs are industrialized, transferable, and meet quality, cost, and timing targets. Build and govern a global launch framework, manage direct reports, lead DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP reviews, oversee tooling/automation validation, drive root cause resolution, track launch KPIs, and align cross-functional stakeholders to achieve stable production ramp-up and continuous improvement.

Perform quality engineering for production programs including PPAP, PFMEA, control plans, Gage R&R and CMM support. Provide plant quality support, disposition/MRB control, layered audits, documentation maintenance, corrective action leadership, and supervise quality personnel.

Lead and manage multiple engineering and manufacturing programs from planning through delivery. Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor progress, mitigate risks, report to senior management, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

Provide day-to-day HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave/claims management, performance management, HR administration, and maintaining HR data in Oracle. Advise managers on policies, compliance, and employee issues while supporting retention and reporting.
