Job Title: Engineer-TS - Senior   TS体系工程师-高级 

• In charge of TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 System; Coordinate the 8D/CAR program & layered audit system. 

• 负责TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001体系；协调8D/CAR 项目和分层审核体系。 

Performance Expectations  

• Work in compliance with TS 16949 / ISO 14001 Procedures/Systems 

• Support to set up OHSAS18001 

• Conduct the regular TS16949/ISO14001 System audit and maintenance the documents  

• Coordinate all phases of the 8D / CAR program (planning, scheduling, preparation, performance, reporting and follow-up) 

• Develop, implement and maintain the layered audit system and schedule 

• Work closely with all departments to develop and implement Preventive Actions within the Quality, Environmental and Safety System 

• Follow-up on action items from Internal Audits 

• Conduct TS Awareness, ISO Awareness training per schedule 

• ISO 45001职业健康与安全体系标准 

• ISO 14001环境管理体系标准 

• IATF 16949 技术管理规范和利纳马质量基本体系标准 

• 支持、培养、促进和展示利纳马核心价值观及领导力行为 

• 按照TS 16949 和SO 14001体系要求工作 

• 为建立OHSAS18001体系提供支持 

• 定期进行TS16949 / ISO14001体系审核并维护文档 

• 协调8D/CAR项目的所有阶段（计划，规划，准备，审核，报告和后续跟踪） 

• 制定、实施及维护分层审核体系及分层审核计划 

• 与各部门紧密合作，制定质量、环境和安全体系并采取预防措施 

• 跟踪内部审核中的不合格项 

• 按计划进行TS知晓，ISO知晓培训 

Credentials  

• University degree or equivalent work experience 

• 大学本科学历或同等工作经验 

Desired Characteristics  

• Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement 

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in a machining or manufacturing environment  

• Highly motivated self-starter. 

• Detailed knowledge of  TS16949, 8D/CAR and ISO14001, systems 

• Strong interpersonal skills dealing both with co-workers and customers. 

• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize. 

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills. 

• APQP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、PPAP、CQI-9、CQI-15、VDA6.3、VDA6.5、IATF16949 internal auditor and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt qualification is preferred 

• 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能知识 

• 至少5年加工或制造业相关的工作经验 

• 做事积极主动 

• 掌握有关TS16949、 8D/CAR、ISO14001体系的详细知识 

• 能与客户及同事建立良好的人际关系 

• 有较强组织能力者优先考虑 

• 优秀的英语书写能力及口头表达能力 

• 获得APQP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、PPAP、CQI-9、CQI-15、VDA6.3、VDA6.5、IATF16949内审员以及 6 Sigma 黄带资格者优先
