In charge of TS16949/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 System; Coordinate the 8D/CAR program & layered audit system.

Performance Expectations

Work in compliance with TS 16949 / ISO 14001 Procedures/Systems
-
Support to set up OHSAS18001
-
Conduct the regular TS16949/ISO14001 System audit and maintenance the documents
-
Coordinate all phases of the 8D / CAR program (planning, scheduling, preparation, performance, reporting and follow-up)
-
Develop, implement and maintain the layered audit system and schedule
-
Work closely with all departments to develop and implement Preventive Actions within the Quality, Environmental and Safety System
-
Follow-up on action items from Internal Audits
-
Conduct TS Awareness, ISO Awareness training per schedule
-
ISO 45001职业健康与安全体系标准

IATF 16949 技术管理规范和利纳马质量基本体系标准

Credentials
-
University degree or equivalent work experience
-
大学本科学历或同等工作经验
Desired Characteristics
-
Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement
-
Minimum 5 years related work experience in a machining or manufacturing environment
-
Highly motivated self-starter.

Detailed knowledge of TS16949, 8D/CAR and ISO14001, systems
-
Strong interpersonal skills dealing both with co-workers and customers.

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize.
-
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
-
APQP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、PPAP、CQI-9、CQI-15、VDA6.3、VDA6.5、IATF16949 internal auditor and 6 Sigma Yellow Belt qualification is preferred
