Own the technical delivery of AI solutions from stakeholder engagement and conceptualization through proof of concept, productionization, and maturity. Design multi-agent, generative AI, RAG, and fine-tuned LLM solutions; develop evaluation and AgentOps practices; and apply NLP, computer vision, and predictive models. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams while supporting enhancements, upgrades, integrations, documentation, and coding standards.

Designs, builds, and optimizes Azure data pipelines and lakehouse solutions using Databricks, Python, Spark, ADF, Delta Lake, and ADLS. Develops governed, secure, reliable datasets using ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and documentation. Collaborates in Agile teams, engages stakeholders, mentors junior engineers, and uses Generative AI responsibly to scaffold code, generate tests, and optimize SQL and Spark.

Provides Level 2/3 production support for mission-critical applications on Linux and OpenShift. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident and problem management, AutoSys scheduling, FeedHub integrations, certificate lifecycle management, CI/CD deployments, release management, root cause analysis, documentation, automation, and on-call support.

Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical banking applications on Unix/Linux. Administer WebLogic, IBM MQ, and AutoSys; monitor system health; troubleshoot performance and incidents; perform root cause analysis, deployments, patching, and configuration changes; coordinate with technical teams; and participate in on-call and major incident management while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Implement, configure, administer, integrate, and support the RSA Archer GRC platform. Translate risk and compliance requirements into workflows, assessments, dashboards, reports, and applications. Manage access, environments, releases, integrations, data quality, upgrades, troubleshooting, and platform enhancements. Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, audit, security, and IT stakeholders; support frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOX, PCI, and GDPR; provide training and documentation.
