Lead CRM strategy and execution for Italy: design and run data-driven customer journeys and campaigns, leverage customer data for segmentation and personalization, monitor CRM KPIs, drive platform adoption, integrate with cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and implement global best practices locally to boost engagement, conversion and lifetime value.

Support and execute digital marketing activities across website, paid media, SEO and social. Manage agency relationships, create organic social content, troubleshoot digital issues, build performance reports and present insights to optimise lead generation and brand awareness.

Own and monitor the sales funnel end-to-end, identify performance gaps, translate analysis into actions, partner with Sales and Marketing, build Power BI dashboards, run performance rhythms, validate data quality, and use Excel and statistical techniques to drive conversion and productivity improvements.

Sell hearing aids and accessories, perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, educate customers on device use and maintenance, meet office revenue goals, complete training and state licensure to become a Hearing Care Professional.

Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle, assist recruiting and onboarding, manage time tracking and absence records, contribute to internal communication, intranet and digitalization projects, and assist payroll preparation. Work closely with HR leadership and line managers to ensure smooth HR operations and an excellent internal customer experience.
