The HR Technology Manager will lead the global HRIS function, focusing on Workday integrations and overseeing HR systems operations while collaborating with various teams for project implementations.

Support and configure Workday HCM: troubleshoot user issues, maintain business processes, build reports and calculated fields, manage EIB data loads, support security administration, perform data audits, and partner with HR stakeholders on enhancements, testing, and integrations.

The role involves providing IT support, managing hardware and software, ensuring network stability, and executing IT projects while collaborating with teams and vendors.

Manage assigned engineering projects from initiation through procurement, construction and commissioning. Develop business cases, budgets, schedules, and ensure HSE compliance. Coordinate FEED, HAZOP, MOC, risk assessments, procurement/tendering, contractors, QA/inspection and commissioning. Prepare JSAs, permits, lifting plans, and maintain cost/schedule trackers and project documentation until close-out.

Lead end-to-end web and intranet design using Figma, build and maintain a scalable design system, create responsive accessible front-end interfaces, manage CMS/intranet structures, and embed AI-augmented workflows to accelerate prototyping and handoff while partnering with digitization and stakeholders.

Support commercial and supply decision-making through reporting, forecasting, CRM management, tender coordination, and operational improvement. Provide analysis, prepare regular and ad hoc reports, consolidate forecasts, assist supply planning, and liaise across Commercial, Supply, Finance, Customer Service, and global IT teams to drive efficiency and growth.

Manage regional treasury activities including cash and liquidity forecasting, FX procurement and payments, debt and bank facility management, policy enforcement, bank relationship management, support Kyriba implementation, and provide treasury analysis and audit support.

Manage country-level procurement activities, engage stakeholders, implement procurement processes, support category managers on sourcing and TCO-based strategies, handle requisitions, purchase orders, tenders, contract and vendor management, drive supplier performance, maintain procurement documentation, conduct market research and business case analysis, coordinate projects, and lead automation of high-volume procurement transactions.

Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of DocuSign CLM solutions and integrations. Customize workflows, templates, and rules; document configurations; perform debugging and quality monitoring; provide technical leadership, training, and support; manage end-to-end CLM projects and collaborate with legal, sales, and operations to streamline contract management processes.
