Leads investment monitoring and oversight for European funds and client portfolios, supervising delegated portfolio managers and serving as Designated Person for Investment Management subject to CBI approval. Ensures investment strategies comply with mandates, policies, restrictions, and governance requirements. Supports fund launches, segregated mandates, board reporting, risk escalation, regulatory obligations, and client investment propositions. Partners with fund managers, distribution, and client management teams across diverse asset classes.

Supports digital change across business and IT projects in the Pensions Risk Transfer business. Responsibilities include identifying digital opportunities, eliciting and documenting requirements, maintaining traceability, validating stakeholder approvals, reviewing proposed solutions, evaluating deliverables, and embedding customer outcomes and conduct risk principles.
