Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure (Terraform) with a serverless focus. Enable squads to build and run services, improve observability (Datadog), enhance CI/CD (GitHub Actions), respond to incidents, optimise databases (MongoDB/Postgres), and mentor engineering teams to own platform outcomes.

Work within the SIPP operations team to execute daily and monthly processes (pension benefit processing, regulatory reporting), investigate and resolve customer issues to SLA, produce business reporting, recommend process improvements and automation, collaborate with product/engineering, and support training for new team members.
