Leads Kaluza’s strategic commercial relationship with ENGIE France and broader European accounts. Responsibilities include executive stakeholder management, account strategy, renewals, expansions, upselling, cross-selling, contract negotiations, retention, and commercial governance. The role partners with delivery, product, legal, finance, and support teams during implementation and live service, represents the client internally, manages account health and risk, and contributes to global strategic account management practices.

Source and screen candidates, manage candidate experience through pre-boarding, maintain diverse pipelines, advise hiring managers on inclusive interviewing, use hiring data, and contribute to employer branding, process improvements, partnerships, and recruitment tools.

Leads strategic People Partnering across the European technology business, advising executive leaders on workforce planning, organizational change, culture, inclusion, employee relations, compliance, and people analytics. Manages People Partners across the UK and France, supports AI-driven transformation, oversees complex European ER matters, and provides strategic support to the VP People.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll using Workday, including UK PAYE, National Insurance, HMRC reporting, pensions, benefits, statutory deductions, payroll variations, reconciliations, and year-end processes. Own Kaluza’s global B2B communications strategy across PR, content, and executive thought leadership. Lead PR agencies and media campaigns, translate complex energy and software concepts into compelling narratives, and manage whitepapers, blogs, press statements, video, and podcasts. Partner with senior leaders, measure campaign performance through dashboards, and guide junior content creators. The role also supports international communications, crisis management, and executive speechwriting.

Leads global internal communications and employee engagement strategy across multiple markets. Manages communications staff, advises executives on strategic messaging, oversees the intranet, and delivers company-wide events and employee initiatives. The role also manages European office locations and supports global workplace strategy. Requires senior communications leadership, executive advising, line management, copywriting, intranet expertise, and ideally workplace, sustainability, and analytics experience.
