Lead and grow Keyloop's strategic OEM relationships globally. Own account strategy, commercial negotiations, DMS certification compliance, cross-functional collaboration, escalation management, pipeline forecasting, and multi-market delivery to expand services and drive adoption.

Lead solution discovery and design for cross-functional enterprise SaaS initiatives. Engage customers and stakeholders, produce high-level designs, drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Support, and support delivery governance, risk mitigation, and adoption strategies.

Lead deployment and continuous improvement of knowledge management programs (KCS), coach and audit content quality, maintain KM platforms and workflows, drive AI initiatives and self-serve adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content standards and commercial alignment.

Provide Tier 1 support owning case resolution end-to-end: troubleshoot, diagnose, escalate, and communicate with customers and internal teams. Create knowledge articles, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to case-reduction initiatives while maintaining strong customer service and documentation.
