The Senior Consultant - SAP will lead application transformation projects for supply chain services, focusing on digital logistics and procurement solutions.

Owns the full lifecycle of SAP implementation, transformation, migration, rollout, and support projects. Responsibilities include defining scope, schedules, budgets, governance, and milestones; leading cross-functional teams; managing stakeholders, risks, issues, and changes; overseeing solution design, testing, migration, and cutover; ensuring quality and SAP best practices; conducting health reviews; planning post-go-live support; and mentoring project managers.

Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba SCC implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, testing, rollout, and hypercare. Configure supplier collaboration workflows and integrate with SAP S/4HANA or ECC using middleware and APIs. Conduct workshops, training, documentation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement. Mentor junior consultants, collaborate with technical teams, and advise on Ariba releases and best practices.

Provides SAP S/4HANA Production Planning consulting services, supporting application transformation and supply chain initiatives. Responsibilities also include following information security policies, completing security training, protecting organizational data and systems, and reporting suspected security breaches.

Lead complex SAP implementation and transformation projects from strategic planning through post-go-live support. Responsibilities include planning budgets and schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing risks, scope, vendors, resources, stakeholders, governance, quality, change management, and user adoption. The role requires extensive SAP project experience, knowledge of S/4HANA, ECC, and SAP Activate, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Own SAP Ariba integration architecture and delivery across SAP S/4HANA/ECC and enterprise applications. Lead design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, governance, and post-go-live support using SAP PI/PO, CPI, IDocs, BAPIs, OData, and REST APIs. Mentor technical teams, collaborate with business and infrastructure stakeholders, manage delivery milestones, and resolve complex integration issues while ensuring security and data privacy compliance.

Provides solution architecture services for emerging supply-chain platforms, with a focus on Blue Yonder. The role operates within Bristlecone’s AI-powered application transformation and connected supply-chain consulting practice. Responsibilities also include following information-security policies, completing security training, protecting organizational information systems, and reporting suspected security breaches.

Own end-to-end organizational change management workstreams for AI and digital transformation initiatives. Develop stakeholder strategies, readiness assessments, communications, resistance mitigation, and adoption plans using AI insights and Digital Adoption Platforms. Facilitate client workshops, monitor risks and adoption metrics, create executive presentations, and mentor junior consultants on AI-augmented change methodologies.

Lead SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects: gather requirements, design and configure modules (ONB, RCM, RMK, Learning, EC, RBP), ensure data integrity and integrations, resolve production issues, train clients, mentor team members, and contribute to proposals and solution design.

Lead and mentor an SAP ABAP development team to design, develop, and deliver SAP technical solutions. Drive S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, migrations, code reviews, integration, and knowledge transfer while collaborating with functional teams and stakeholders.
