Lead - SAP-SAP Ariba Integration

• Define and govern the integration architecture for SAP Ariba ↔ SAP S/4HANA/ECC and related enterprise applications.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, BAPIs, OData, and REST APIs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and consultants.
• Collaborate with functional, business, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into integration specifications.
• Establish best practices, coding standards, and reusable integration patterns.
• Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of integration processes and deployment pipelines.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, provide status reporting, and ensure timely delivery of integration milestones.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and SAP governance frameworks.
• Support post‑go‑live operations, including incident management and root‑cause analysis.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 5 years focused on SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Strong expertise in SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), IDocs, BAPIs, OData, and RESTful services.
• Proven track record of leading complex integration projects from design through production support.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba Procurement, Supplier Management, and Catalog modules.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA/ECC data models, master data governance, and business processes.
• Experience with cloud integration patterns, middleware, and API management tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to resolve high‑severity integration issues.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary delivery environment.
