Implement and support NetSuite ERP solutions by translating business requirements into user stories, functional designs, documentation, test scenarios, and deliverables. Lead or contribute to NetSuite implementations across financial, project accounting, purchasing, sales, and manufacturing modules, including OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments. Perform regression testing, Level 3 application support, workload estimation, progress tracking, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Oversee the Romanian entity’s financial reporting, statutory compliance, forecasting, internal controls, audits, tax coordination, and business performance analysis. Manage financial close processes, reporting packs, reconciliations, cash flow, working capital, and operating expenses. Partner with local and regional management, external advisors, auditors, and service providers while improving finance systems, reporting automation, and data quality.

Manage end-to-end software change and release processes across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Coordinate readiness reviews, deployment cutovers, change governance, CAB processes, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews. Partner with Development, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, database, and security teams to automate deployments, control environments, monitor configuration drift, and improve release reliability and compliance.

Develop and support Pega Smart Disputes applications for payment card dispute management. Responsibilities include production support, root-cause and defect analysis, regulatory and card-network rule implementation, performance optimization, integrations, deployments, and business enhancements. The role requires expertise in Pega case management and development, dispute and chargeback lifecycles, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover rules, troubleshooting tools, release management, and Agile delivery.

Provides senior-level technical support for hardware, software, networking, peripherals, and desktop applications. Resolves user tickets through on-site and remote assistance, guides users through troubleshooting, escalates unresolved issues, maintains ticket and maintenance records, advises on upgrades, verifies client system functionality, and creates technical reports and manuals.

Performs manual and automated system, functionality, integration, UI, regression, and API testing. Develops test plans, scripts, cases, test data, traceability matrices, and quality metrics. Uses Playwright, Selenium, Postman, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related tools. Coordinates defect resolution across teams, tracks quality issues, supports Agile development, builds product knowledge, and contributes to QA best practices.

Provides technical leadership and solution architecture for scalable, secure, cloud-native software platforms. Responsibilities include defining technology roadmaps, designing microservices and APIs, leading full-stack development with Python, SQL, AWS, and React, driving DevOps and CI/CD practices, overseeing delivery, mentoring engineers, and ensuring quality, security, observability, and stakeholder alignment.
