Lead ownership of the Group Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) and financial crime methodology. Challenge, aggregate and translate business unit risk assessments into Group-level insights. Maintain risk registers, jurisdiction heatmaps, watchlist/screening and exit frameworks. Engage senior stakeholders, present to Executive/Board committees, and drive continuous improvement across AML, sanctions, fraud, anti-bribery, KYC/CDD and third-party risk.

Operate, maintain and update data pipelines that validate, transform and enrich policyholder data for actuarial modelling. Investigate and resolve data issues, apply validations and governance, produce reports and dashboards, support audits, maintain documentation and data dictionaries, and work with stakeholders to translate requirements into transformation logic and code.

Lead and support accounting policy documentation and implementation, prepare technical accounting analyses and journal entries, design and test controls, map processes, collaborate with systems teams to reflect accounting requirements, and support testing including UAT and parallel runs while driving reporting process improvements.

Support the Fixed Income Private Credit front office by administering proxy voting and class action processes. Manage proxy platforms, audit voting activities, respond to queries, produce client voting alerts and MI, perform reconciliations (POA renewals, class actions), improve processes, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate vote allocations and timely client reporting.

Lead and run the India Internal Reporting COE for performance management and cost, managing a 60+ team. Own end-to-end process delivery, drive finance transformation, automation, process re-engineering, controls, KPIs and efficiency improvements. Partner with global Finance and IT, ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and regulatory policies, and drive people, DEI, and risk & control agendas locally.

Lead income and revenue accounting for trading income, fees, commissions and rebates. Oversee client invoicing, cash collection, intercompany recharges, balance sheet items and month/quarter close. Maintain control environment, support external audits, drive process improvements and automation, and develop team talent.

Support actuarial valuation transformation by mapping processes, documenting methodologies, re‑engineering workflows, preparing and transforming valuation datasets, building dashboards, performing transaction monitoring, and collaborating with actuarial, finance and technology teams to deliver automated, controlled valuation processes.
